Excellent and gentle staff who were always there to help. The location was quiet: it took about 20 minutes to reach the downtown. The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a residential area...

Modern accommodation with absolutely perfect setting close enough to orvieto city center, very beautiful nature and vistas around and Orvieto. Affable and excellent staff of the hotel. A wide array of goodies for breakfast👌
A bit small bathroom.

The Hotel is located in a quiet suburb of Orvieto. It is spacious, with big rooms and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It has a nice breakfast buffet.
Just a remark- due to its location, it is suitable if you drive a car.

This was my very good stay in September. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were very friendly and efficient, everything was fine. The breakfast was satisfactory with many options, the food was good. Also, location was peaceful, around 10-15 minutes walk from Porta Maggiore.

Large comfortable room, quiet location in ex-monastery. Helpful desk clerk. Better than usual breakfast for Italy. Nice view of Orvieto from balcony of the room we had. Plenty of on-site parking. Good location provided you have a vehicle. Free wi-fi in room.
Soundproofing between rooms inadequate. Slightly hard to find in outer suburb of (lower) Orvieto.

The room is very big with very beautiful view over another ancient town. Room design was very rustic italian countryside style. Breakfast was one of the best i had in Italy. Many Fresh pastries and the cheese and cold meat was good. Room sparkling clean with modern bathroom. Shower room was bigger than other italian hotel and it comes with massage shower head. When we arrived, there was easter chocolate and sparking wine already in the room to welcome us!! location wise, it is near to other attraction. 25 mins drive to verterra and another 20 minutes to san gaminano.
Nothing at all!
